Terms and Conditions for pre-booked groups

1.      A payment to OutdoorGuernsey of the full activity fee or agreed deposit will secure your booking,

2.      A booking will not be considered final until full payment is received, unless a delay in your payment has been agreed.

3.      Outdoor Guernsey reserves the right to cancel anysession where conditions prevent safe participation or where insufficient bookings make the session financially un-viable.

4.     Outdoor Guernsey and its instructors take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety oftheir participants; by giving your consent to take part you acknowledge that by their very nature adventure activities carry some risk. Any hazards will befully explained and participants must follow all instruction, you will be responsible for your own and, if booking for a group, your groups action andbehaviour.

5.      All participants must inform Outdoor Guernsey of anymedical issues or special needs that may impact on the safety of themselves ortheir group. You must also inform Outdoor Guernsey of any medical issue thatmay arise between booking and the course or session commencing. Failure to do so may result in the activity being cancelled and deposit forfeited.

6.      Any participantunder the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be able to take part in any water activity.  Outdoor Guernsey reserves the right to exclude any participant for safety reasons at any time.

7.      Cancellation.  Individual bookings cancelled up to 1week prior to the activity will receive a refund of any deposit or payment already made.  Cancelled bookings 1-7 days will receive a credit for an alternative date.. No refund will begiven for cancellations or no shows on the day of the activity and full payment will be expected for pre booked groups. If Outdoor Guernsey needs to cancel a session for any reason, booked participants will be entitled to a full refund or alternative date. Should any participant wish to take up the offer of a transfer, any difference in price will be invoiced or credited accordingly.

8.      Photographs may be taken during activities sessions for promotional material and on our website. If you do not wish for photos to be used for this purpose please let the activity leader know as soon as possible
